The Feedback Fairy – for Feedback the FUN way!
Say goodbye to dull feedback forms and hello to inspiring reflections! 📄➡🪩
Feedback is essential for growth. Whether you’re a teacher, trainer, or facilitator, gathering meaningful feedback helps you improve your sessions, support your learners, and refine your work.
But let’s be honest—traditional feedback forms can be a snooze-fest. 🙄
That’s why I want you to have The Feedback Fairy—a creative, interactive, and engaging way to collect feedback that people actually enjoy giving!
A tried and tested tool that completes any learning experience!
We have all been there. We attend an amazing workshop, training session or lesson. We are feeling all pumped and ready to put our learning into action. Then comes the dreaded feedback form!
A brain melting quantity of questions and tick boxes. We tick through it as quickly as possible to make it go away. ✅✔️☑️
But feedback doesn’t have to be this way. Feedback can be just as engaging as the rest of session. It can spark discussions, get people moving, thinking and leaving with a spring in their step – ready to use this idea themselves!
The Feedback Fairy will bring a visual sparkle to discovering what participants, students and clients really think.
I first encountered the wonders of the Feedback Fairy while on secondment at the Scottish Refugee Council. It was a firm favourite at their events. I loved the idea so much that I started using it in training sessions, workshops, and classrooms, tweaking and adapting it along the way.
Over the years, the Feedback Fairy has evolved and I have now perfected the simplest possible way to doodle her. I wanted to share this with you in printable format, but also teach you how to doodle her yourself. Learning how to draw her means you will always have her in your trusty toolkit of minimal preparation facilitation techniques!
