Here are some of top tips for delivering teacher training sessions, such as webinars, workshops and talks.

Sketchnote by Emily Bryson ELT. Emily summarises some key tips for 'How to deliver awesome training'. Inspired by the English language context, each tip is illustrated in Emily's unique doodling style. Her tips include: be interactive, tell stories, use visuals, practise, share your passion, encourage ideas sharing and innovation, get people moving and make it fun.

Making training fun, interactive and visual is so crucial for inspiring teachers and learners. That is why I use unique graphic facilitation techniques and a welcoming approach which allows ELT Professionals to share their experiences and ideas. Teacher training is an opportunity to plant seeds which participants can grow in their own individual ways.

What My Students Have to Say

Emily's course was a great mix of practical and theoretical, with lots of shared resources for further reading and watching.

Best of all was seeing the very positive responses of my students as I used sketches and drawings within the class.  I’ve begun my journey of graphic facilitation and I’m so excited about where this journey will lead me.  Don’t hesitate to join Emily’s course: you are in for a treat!
